As founder of United Property Group, he has spent more than 25 years building and repositioning real estate across the Midwest while also launching an affordable housing initiative in Rwanda. A Fort Thomas, Kentucky native, Gorman is known for blending storytelling, technology, history, and entrepreneurship into unconventional brands and projects — from bourbon and AI to community development and startup mentoring.
